ClipTok is a free tool that helps you download publicly available media from supported social media and video-sharing platforms for personal use, with optional conveniences such as a home-screen widget, and on-device tools to trim clips, create GIFs, or set saved audio as a ringtone. Ads are shown only to support the normal operation of the app, not for profit.
You may download content only where you have the right to do so, and only for fair-use purposes such as personal use, criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. We respect intellectual property rights and ask you to do the same. You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded content. We do not host the media and are not responsible or liable if you use content unlawfully — that responsibility lies with you. Do not redistribute, sell, or publish copyrighted content without permission.
You agree not to use the app in violation of any law, not to infringe any third-party rights, and not to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the app or its operation.
The app accesses media and links provided by third parties that we do not control and are not responsible for. The app also displays ads served by Google AdMob; interacting with an ad is between you and the relevant third party.
ClipTok is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with any third-party platform or service whose content may be accessed through the app. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or available at any particular time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
